Building the Future of Student Accommodation

1. Pilot Phase: Initial Development at Key Universities
Objective:
The Pilot Phase focuses on developing sustainable student accommodation at Ghana's top three universities—University of Ghana, KNUST, and UCC.
Key Details:
- Locations: University of Ghana, KNUST, University of Cape Coast
- Projected Beds: 19,380 total capacity
- Eco-Friendly Construction: Solar, rainwater harvesting, green roofs, ventilated facades
- Components: Dormitories, communal spaces, scholarships for 10,000 students
Milestones:
- Land Acquisition & Approvals secured
- Construction begins within 6 months; occupancy in 3 years

2. Expansion Phase: Scaling Up Accommodation
Objective:
Build an additional 35,000 beds across the three universities and enhance student facilities.
Key Details:
- UG: +20,000 beds
- KNUST: +15,000 beds
- Sustainability practices & expanded communal spaces
- Scholarships expanded to 15,000 students
Milestones:
- Commence after Pilot occupancy
- Complete within 4–5 years

3. Long-Term Vision: Fully Integrated Campus Living
Objective:
Develop a tech-driven, fully integrated housing ecosystem for 160,000+ students across the three universities.
Key Details:
- Smart energy management, security, and services
- Fractional ownership tokens for rental income sharing
- Continued sustainability upgrades
Milestones:
- Major construction over 8–10 years
- Token conversion and global participation
- Ongoing community engagement
