About Ghushi
Ghushi (Ghana Student Housing Initiative) was born from the urgent need to address the student housing crisis in Accra. With skyrocketing rents and limited supply, many students struggle to find safe, affordable accommodations. We combine:
- Blockchain Transparency: Every donation is tracked on-chain, ensuring full accountability.
- Fractional Ownership: Donors receive $GHUSHID tokens during the fundraising phase, which convert into $GHUSHIO ownership tokens post-construction.
- Community Focus: Our housing developments include study areas, community lounges, and sustainable design features.
Since our launch in early 2025, we’ve secured initial land parcels, completed architectural designs, and established partnerships with local universities. Now, we invite you to join us in turning this vision into reality.
